This 12-person holiday home is not only a beautiful holiday home in the winter, but also the rest of the year. The holiday home is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The holiday home is a 6-minute drive to the centre of Winterberg with numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants. The ski area is two kilometres away. Even closer you will find the Kappe mountain with the bobsleigh track, bike park, summer toboggan runs and climbing forest. This super fun holiday home is a great base to discover Sauerland in the summer but also in the winter, or to go skiing for a wonderful weekend or week.
Layout of the house:
The living room is spacious. There is enough space to dine with 12 people, and to relax on the couches in the first and second living room. The kitchen has a filter coffee maker, refrigerator, (small) freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The house has six bedrooms, all of which are located on the first floor. In addition, you will find three bathrooms in this accommodation, so that you can have a nice time together without being a nuisance to each other. On each floor you will find a bathroom with private toilet (basement, ground floor and on the first floor). Each bedroom has a linen cupboard. There is a garden around the house and at the front there is a large (partly) covered terrace with garden furniture. At the front there are also six parking spaces so that everyone can park their car in front of the door.

A sauna and relaxation room with a separate bathroom
