A lovely family home suitable for multiple families. Situated in a beautiful area, you can walk from the house within three minutes on the hiking trails in the middle of the beautiful nature of the Winterberg area. The ski lift is 6 minutes away by car. The house is fully equipped to be able to stay together with multiple families. There are three bathrooms and there is also every opportunity for entertainment, with a sauna, table tennis table, dart board and table football table! On the ground floor there are 2 living rooms; 1 separate living room and 1 living room with open kitchen and large dining table. There is also 1 bathroom on this floor; equipped with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms. Of which 4 rooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has 1 single bed and 1 bedroom has a bunk bed and a separate single bed. One of the bedrooms with double bed offers access to a smaller room where a baby bed can easily be placed. In various bedrooms there are some children's toys and reading books. Also on this floor there is 1 bathroom; equipped with toilet, sink and shower. In the basement there is enough space for entertainment! Here you will find an infrared sauna, table tennis table, dart board and table football. Something for everyone! In the basement is the last (spacious) bathroom of the house; equipped with a toilet, double sink and shower. The house has ample parking (for 6 cars) and at the front (facing south) there is a spacious terrace with picnic tables. The entire house is accessible to guests. We do not rent the house to young people.
