Some house rules
One of the best things about our home is that it is located in the picturesque village of Elkeringhausen. Elkeringhausen is perfect for adopting a slower pace of life while enjoying nature. In accordance with the atmosphere of the neighborhood, we have established rules to protect our guests, home, and neighbors.
As part of the booking process, you agree to these terms:
Any form of smoking is not allowed indoors.
Any form of smoking/vaping is not permitted inside. If you wish to smoke, you may use the ashtray on the terrace.
The property is 100% party-free.
We fully understand that life is full of reasons to celebrate (we enjoy a good party ourselves, but in the right place). The "No Party" and quiet rules are enforced at all times.
- We have a zero tolerance policy that will lead to immediate eviction from the property without a refund and the tenant will be 100% responsible for extra cleaning costs and any damages incurred.
- Guests must adhere to reasonable behavior rules and not disturb the peace of the neighbors. Keep the noise level at a reasonable level, both inside and outside the property. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
The main booker must be 30 years or older and must be present during the stay
- The renter is responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises.
- Only registered guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the property.
- Ensure that the correct number of guests is reflected in your reservation request.
Broken items: we realize that accidents happen from time to time; this is a part of life. We also expect our guests to treat our property and the items within it with care and respect.
- Please inform us of any broken or damaged items during your stay. Small broken items are part of renting, and we do not charge our guests for these. However, any material damage to or in the property during the rental period caused by the guest is the responsibility of the guest and must be compensated.
- Guests agree to respect the rented property and to leave it in the same condition as when it was rented. Furniture and items available for guests must be handled carefully and used only for their intended purposes.
Outdoor sports equipment is only allowed in the hallway because it can damage the floors. Try to keep the items on the doormat as much as possible.
Park only in the parking spaces in front of the house. The parking area accommodates 6 cars.
- Only park in the designated driveway.
- Parking on the road is not allowed at any time.
- Do not use the driveways of neighbors.
